The only time a turnaround is guaranteed is with rush service. Otherwise, turnaround times are an estimate - not a promise. They can change as fast as the wind depending on the current work load. This is a very fickle business. It can be quiet for a whole week and then all of the sudden I have more work than I can handle. There is some misinformation floating around out there on message boards that the turnaround time is always 1-3 days. People who have experienced a turnaround that fast have either paid a RUSH fee or have been fortunate enough to catch us at the right time. Unless you are immediately using the services, these times posted below will not necessarily apply to your order. Please do not email me and ask me to predict what the turnaround time will be weeks or months from now. I don't have a crystal ball. I can tell you that the busiest times of the year are Spring, Fall, and Christmas. So far, turnaround times have run anywhere from same day to 2 weeks. A lot of it also depends on the size and complexity of the order. I will only take on 3 program orders for each weekend during the year. Once those 3 spaces are filled for each weekend all other program orders will be turned away.
