The first thing to remember about etiquette is that different sources will have different opinions. We refer to several different etiquette books. We take a blend of these sources and we will now outline the etiquette guidelines we follow: These etiquette rules are designed for double envelopes. If you only have an outer envelope, follow the rules as best you can and contact us for specific help.
